Sam did a brilliant job repointing our barn conversion, hardly knew he was working most of the time as was very considerate on noise and mess. He tidied up removed all the spoils as agreed when the job was completed.
Sam's a real craftsman and would have no worries recommending him if you need work doing 👍

We`ve been extremely lucky to have had Sam Allen do our repointing recently. ever since our first contact in the summer, Sam has kept up with communication, replied to any queries, and been reassuring.
He was at the house dead on 08:00 every morning, informed you what was the plan of the day, was meticulous and precise.
the work was of an extremely high standard, making the house look almost brand new despite being 125 years old!
Sam would often go above and beyond, and was hard working and professional and i wouldn`t hesitate to have him work for me again or anyone else that i know.
thank you Sam.

A brilliant experience from start to finish. Sam repointed our dining room chimney which had seen better days, he was really helpful - talked us through the whole process, undertook the work beautifully over two days, cleared up really well too. Overall I couldn’t recommend him more highly - he’s great!

Sam has really transformed our old Edwardian house, it was the worst house on the street with some questionable historical building work, since Sam repointed it, it stands out and looks amazing! We only wanted the front doing, but it looked so good we couldn't stop there and had to have the rest done too. It's really good to see someone who takes such pride in their work. Sam is very conscientious, and a very likable guy.

If you want the job done right call Sam. He is a lime repointing ninja. He works hard and knows exactly what to do, and just as important, what not to do! Did a lovely job on my 125 yr old house.

Having viewed some of Sam’s past repointing work, he was the first to be contacted once I required a skilled bricklayer to repoint the side of our older house. From the initial assessment and discussion, it was evident that Sam is interested and knowledgeable about traditional building methods and materials, and also takes pride in delivering a high standard of work. Moreover, from the beginning of the job to its completion, it was highly organised and ran smoothly, with updates provided throughout, and Sam always happy to talk me over the process. Additionally, once completed, Sam left the site in an immaculate state, with the scaffolding and wastes quickly removed. Overall, we’re very happy with the the level of professionalism and quality of work provided, and will definitely be using Sam again for future repointing jobs.

Sam helped us with the repointing of our period property. The whole lower level was in need of raking out and bringing back to life. Sam explained how he will do the job, sent us photo and video updates. He worked solidly and was a really nice perosn to deal with. We are glad we booked him when he first started out.
